I’m Patrick Rumore, a New Jersey REALTOR who helps homeowners turn painful property tax bills into smarter housing and lifestyle decisions. I was born and raised in New Jersey, have lived in several counties, and I understand first‑hand how different our towns can be when it comes to taxes, schools, and long‑term value.
Before becoming an agent, I bought homes of my own and felt like “a transaction” when the closing was over and the follow‑up never came. That experience pushed me to build a different kind of real estate business, one where clients feel like family and where the relationship continues long after the keys change hands.
Today I work with homeowners, buyers, and investors across North and Central Jersey, with a special focus on people who are tired of high property taxes and want to explore lower‑tax towns without leaving the state they love. I help my clients compare communities side‑by‑side, understand effective tax rates, and look at the long‑term wealth impact of where they choose to live.
